Jules Trifan MS, RD

Hi, I’m Jules!

I’m a public health nutritionist and registered dietitian dedicated to helping you feel strong, resilient, and confident in your body at every stage of life. I hold BS in Dietetics, a Masters in Nutrition Science from Boston University and completed my clinical training at a Level 1 trauma and safety‑net hospital, where evidence-based care and real-world complexity shaped the way I practice today.

My career has centered on clinical research, keeping me deeply connected to the latest in nutrition science. What I love most, though, is translating that knowledge into practical, sustainable strategies that help my people thrive.

My affinity for nutrition started early. I grew up in a Spanish family where food was a central part of our identity, and an important way we showed up for each other. That foundation, paired with years of pushing my own limits through sport (basketball, track, powerlifting, the list goes on…) has shown me that food is a powerful tool for strength and overall well-being. That perspective drives my work: I want to help you cut through the noise, understand your body, and build confidence in how you nourish yourself in a way that supports fits into your life.

My approach is compassionate and supportive, yet straightforward, because nutrition should empower you, not overwhelm or confuse you. Together, we’ll build habits that honor your goals, fit your lifestyle, and leave you feeling confident and capable of sustaining those skills long term. Think of our time together as a set of training wheels: I’ll equip you with the knowledge, skills, and tools you need, so healthy choices feel natural and sustainable.
